Refund policy

At Amaribeauty, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetics and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products based on shade, colour preference, or change of mind.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we are happy to assist.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if your product is damaged or defective.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Clear photos of the defective or damaged product must be provided to assist with assessment.

How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact our customer service team at info@amaribeautycosmetics.co.za within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order details and photos of the defective/damaged product.

Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be returned or replaced at no extra cost to you.

Refunds
If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, you will be offered either:

A replacement of the same product, or

A full refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items
Products opened, swatched, or used for any reason other than being defective.

Products returned without prior authorization.

Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
